活性炭改性后吸附丙酮

  活性炭改性后吸附丙酮,活性炭使用氧化鎂改性后用于吸附丙酮。本期研究使用X射線衍射,掃描電子顯微鏡,透射電子顯微鏡和氮吸附等溫線測量來表征五種改性活性炭復合材料的結構和化學特性。研結果表明,活性炭含有適當的氧化鎂可有效提高丙酮的吸附能力,歸因于氧化鎂納米粒子與丙酮分子之間的強化學吸附,所以改性活性炭可以很好的吸附丙酮。

  形態學分析

  采用掃描電子顯微鏡技術觀察了不同氧化鎂含量的改性活性炭表面物理形態。顯微照片如圖1所示。在活性炭的情況下(參見圖1a),碳單塊的骨架在未改性的活性炭樣品的表面上沒有缺陷或裂縫。然而,觀察到合成的改性活性炭(參見圖3b-e由于高溫活化過程,塌陷成小塊并形成大量通孔。此外,隨著浸漬濃度的增加,越來越多的氧化鎂顆粒被支撐在活性炭的表面上。可以清楚地看出,隨著氧化鎂的量增加,活性炭的表面變得粗糙。參考圖3f中放大的SEM圖像,復合材料表面的氧化鎂顆粒呈現無序的小球形結構并且彼此重疊以產生“葡萄”形態。這一事實意味著隨著煅燒溫度的增加,由于在高煅燒溫度下的顆粒聚集,顆粒尺寸增大。
